According to its external patterns, corrugated metal pipes can be classified into three types: annular corrugated pipes, spiral corrugated pipes and spiral rib pipes. These patterns are considered important influence factors of hydraulic efficiency. They are ideal for projects requiring large diameter that exceeds the maximum diameter of integral corrugated metal pipes. Meanwhile, nestable corrugated pipes can also provide an easy assembly method and allow for easy transportation.

Lock-seamed patterns are normally applied to spiral pipes including spiral corrugated metal pipes and spiral rib pipes. Lock-seamed structures provide an easy assembly method just hooking up plate edges together. Meanwhile, they are easy to handle and transport.
A choice of coatings
Different types of coatings are available to enable corrugate pipes to prevent against rust and corrosion. We offer three main types of coatings - zinc coating, polymer coating and asphalt coating as shown below.
Assembled Corrugated Pipe
Zinc coating - Zinc, plated on the interior and exterior of corrugate metal pipes, can sacrifice itself to protect core material form corrosion. Our products are galvanized with heavy coating more than 84um in thickness, so they can last no less than 50 years if used in an appropriate way.

Polymer coating - Polymer, as a tough material with great resistance against corrosive materials, is generally painted to galvanized corrugated pipes. Meanwhile, they bond well with zinc coating to form integral part without delamination. Polymer coating extends the lifespan of our corrugated pipes to the largest extent.
